AStudents are enrolled on Courses by teachers and cannot Unsubscribe themselves at all. Teachers would normally move Courses from the Course Catalogue to their own My Courses list by clicking the button. Teachers can unsubscribe themselves, in which case Courses are returned to the Course Catalogue.
BAll Learning Log records are destroyed in this process - this is usually no problem for teacher information. However, teachers COULD use the same process to unsubscribe students from a Course - this would be fatal for the student's Learning Log record and our strong recommendation is that you DO NOT do this unless you have exported the results to Assessment Manager first.

To hide the Course from all students you can toggle the Live? Yes/No button (on Course information page) to No

Set the drop-down choice for selected students to Delete - then scroll down the screen and click
