Your
courses list will build up in the area PIM>My
Enrolled Courses and in PIM>Admin>Course
Management>Courses
B
Although
you may only see part of the list, it will quickly become quite long and it is
important that you can find what you want quickly
C
Also,
in the Admin>Course Management>Courses>List
area you see ALL courses authored for your school in a single list.
D
You are recommended
to decide and consistently use a coding system which helps this process.
E
Here
is one idea you might wish to adopt, or alter to your school's needs.
F
The
subject code comes first (En/Ge); followed by a year group code (Y7/Y8/Y9/Y10);
and one indicating the half term (T1/T2/T3/T4/T5/T6); and finally there is a sensible
course title.
G
Because
the My Courses
list is alphabetically organised, this will put all English courses together,
then all Y7 courses, then all Half-Term 1 courses, etc.
