In
Word documents, you can add Comments to the headings. These will provide
your students with more information or instructions. When the student moves the
mouse pointer over a heading the pop-up message will appear.

Highlight the text
for the pop-up comment.

From
the Insert menu choose Comment.

Key
in the comments in the Comments panel.

Click
Close to close the Comments panel.

When adding Comments in Word, the name included in the User Information
is added to each pop-up box. This is suitable for personal comments, however you
may find it better to include a more generic name, such as Instructions.

From
the Tools menu, choose Options… to display the Options dialogue
box.

Select
the UserInformation tab.

In the Name: field, delete the existing name and type Instructions.

In the Initials: field, delete the existing initials and type TIP.
